Routine - Small batch collaboration

The Routine is part of a collaboration series by TangentMonkeys and master roaster Brian Babcock to bring you a very small batch roast to order coffee. 

The beans used for this roast come from a family own farm in Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Grown at a 4000 ft altitude, this special variety of Arabica is mild, medium bodied with chocolate notes, with some toasted almond and spice, a hint of bourbon, and a very clean finish in light medium roast. 

This is one of our most sustainable coffee coming from a family farm, washed and sun dried with traditional methods.
